November 30th, 2010 — Adoree Nail Polish, Glitter Shade, Winter
Wow, do you realize it’s already end of year? I hear people comment that over and over. And it’s right; it’s beginning to look like Christmas now. I love December. Without it, it would be a gloomy and boring winter. I hope you approach it with a joyful heart.
I would like to show off some Adoree nail polish glitters that I think would complement your look greatly for this holidays seasons.

Adoree nail polish has a great collection of Adoree nail polish glitters. And they are big-3 free nail polishes and long lasting. It’s only 6 bucks per bottle for .65 oz, compare with .5 oz of OPI nail polish.
Here are some Adoree nail polish glitters to review this time. These are not all of the glitters. To see all visit Adoree nail polish glitters. Adoree nail polish is also great for gifts.

From left to right: Adoree Stardust White #153, Adoree Limelight #239, Adoree Seaport Blue #249, Adoree #234 Wild Inkberry and Adoree Reef Green #250.
Adoree Stardust White #153 is micro silver glitter with clear base. Adoree Limelight #239 has tiny and strips glitter with clear yellow base polish. Adoree Seaport Blue #249 has micro blue glitters with clear base polish. Adoree Wild Inkberry #234 has colorful micro purple and red glitters with clear polish. And lastly, Adoree Reef Green #250 has micro emerald green glitters with clear base polish.

From left to right: Adoree Holy Green #155, Adoree Golden Star #152, Adoree Million Red #251 and Adoree Hamilton Blue #220.
Adoree Holy Green and Golden Star are similar as they have micro glitters in clear base polish. Adoree Million Red has tiny red and silver glitter in clear base. Adoree Hamilton Blue is kinda unique as it has colorful micro glitter (red, white, blue, etc) in clear base polish, with more blue glitters in it. Thus the name hamilton blue.
All these glitters are great for layering as they have clear base polish to cover the nail polish underneath it. If it is used alone, it would just show the glitters. Here’s Adoree Hamilton Blue #220.

Adoree nail polish is available at Esther’s Nail Center with only $6 per bottle. It has over 150 colors. I hope they will have new colors in the future. Happy holidays!
November 11th, 2010 — Glitter Shade, Nail Art Design, Tutorial/How-To, Winter
Glitter nail as an accent or for whole nails are great for the upcoming festive months. Want to know the secret how to create one? Here’s a nice post on how to have solid glitter nail from TiffanyD blog, as well as a way to use your long-forgotten loose glitters.

So here’s the situation, you want a super rich glitter nail but no lumpy and thick nail from too many layers of glitter nail polish. The trick is you can use the loose nail glitter to create this solid-glitter nail as an accent or for all nails.
Here’s what to do:
1. Paint all of your nails a normal non-glittery color.
2. Pick an “accent” nail for the glitter (Or go crazy and do all of them…your call.)
3. Use a thick top coat and paint that over the nail to be glittered.
4. Working over a paper plate or bowl, gently dip the nail into the glitter or sprinkle the glitter directly over the nail (like I did in this case because the container was too small for dipping action).
5. Let the glitter “set” for a minute or two, giving the top coat time to dry.
6. Rinse the nail under cold water to get any excess glitter off the nail. Don’t worry, if it’s cold water, it won’t mess anything up.
7. Paint another coat of topcoat over the glitter.
This process only takes only a couple minutes with amazing result. For details you can visit her blog.
Wondering where to get nail glitters? Esther’s Nail Center have affordable nail art supplies such as a set of 10-colors of nail glitters as well as other types of nail glitters.
