August 8th, 2011 — Adoree Nail Polish, Fall
I post some Adoree nail polish photos, plus reviews from nail blogs, Prettyfulz and KittyPolishnBags. Check them out.
First of all Adoree Nail Polish #113.
“Dawn Sky is a beautiful raspberry fuchsia shimmer. I absolutely love this shade. I caught myself staring at the bottle a couple of times. The swirling in there of the blue and pink shimmer…..it’s so mesmerizing. This shade reminds me of China Glaze Reggae to Riches. They’re very close, but I don’t think they’re dupes. Formula was a teeny bit on the watery side. Application was a breeze. Shown is 2 thin coats with no top coat.”

Below are the swatches of the new colors from Adoree polish collection.
Adoree #501.
“This is one of my favorite colors from the bunch. It is a shimmery gold/bronze color that is neutral enough to wear to the office but still glitzy enough to wear on a night out. The picture didn’t capture the bronze and shimmery-goodness that you see in person, but nonetheless it is a beautiful color. I wore this color for a week without a single chip before I took it off.”

Adoree #502.
“This is a raspberry color with cool undertones. It also has a small amount of shimmer which adds some dimension and depth to the polish. Above is 2 coats, if you look closely you can see a little bit of my smile line. But if you want this polish to be opaque, just one more coat will do the trick.”

Adoree #503
“This is another one of my favorite colors. A cool silver with a slight metallic finish. I love how this color is one of those rare polishes that can go from day to night so well. It also would look lovely on any skin tone.”

Adoree #504
“The picture does this glitter polish no justice! The glitter in this polish is a holographic and dances in the light. I also like how this polish is jam packed with glitter. I used 1 coat above over Adoree 503, so not exactly a one coat glitter, but with 3 coats you can achieve a more opaque glitter nail”.

Adoree #505
“This was one of the hardest polishes to capture on camera due to the unique color. It is a warm rosy color that would be perfect for the fall season. It appears to have soft pink and orange undertones and I have never seen a polish quite this color”.

April 4th, 2011 — Adoree Nail Polish, Brown Shade, Orange/Coral Shade, Red Shade, Summer, Yellow Shade
Julie from Prettyfulz blog has done some reviews on Adoree nail polish. We love her positive feedback and her nail polish application is awesome too. Some colors are great for summer so you want to check ahead of time. Below is her reviews and photos. Thanks Julie!
Adoree Royal Red #149

I loved this color! I would describe it as a dark coral red. I think this color would be perfect for summer. The application of this polish was also silky smooth & pictured above is 2 coats.
Adoree Petal Purple #115

This color was my favorite of the bunch. It’s a perfect purple color for spring with a slight blue sheen. Petal Purple was slightly sheer and I needed 3 coats to make it completely opaque. It was worth it though because I already got compliments while I was wearing this.
Adoree Cinnamon #174

What a pretty gold color! Ironically, I only have one gold polish in my collection and I don’t like it too much. But this gold is a lot more opaque and easier to work with. Above is 3 coats, but you can easily get away with 2. This polish has a pearl-like finish, so be sure to roll the bottle between your hands really good to mix the color.
Adoree Claret Rose #227

This color looked a little more brown in person, but my camera picked up the orange and gold undertones. I think this color would be awesome for the fall season. I like how this color is a mix between orange and brown because it makes it a lot more wearable. I am wearing 3 coats in this picture.
Adoree Neon Yellow #158

This is a nice bright yellow. It is really hard to find a true yellow so I was really impressed with this polish and the color pay off. This yellow is pretty much the brightest yellow you can find without looking like a highlighter. lol I used 3 coats for the picture, but 2 coats will work just fine.
The thing I liked the most about these polishes is their dry time. I painted one of the swatches and went to put on my jacket so I could take pics outside- completely forgetting I had just painted my nails. To my surprise they didn’t smudge at all! =) Which makes me very happy because I am so very impatient when it comes to drying my nails. lol They don’t dry as fast as Seche Vite, but they don’t dry as slow as a regular polish either- they are somewhere in between.
Another thing I would like to point out is I did not use top coat for any of my swatch pictures. So as you can see, Adoree polishes have a high shine finish. The polish also works as a nail strengthener, which is always a plus. And lastly, these polishes are 18ml, which is bigger than most polishes. (They are the same size as Orly)
March 4th, 2011 — Adoree Nail Polish, Spring
Here are some photos from around the blogs about Adoree nail polish swatches. Plan for Spring but can be used anytime.

166 Deep Purple – Tyrian purple shimmer with red and blue shimmer particles. This is a deep, rich, and regal vampy purple shimmer. When I first saw it in the bottle, I thought I wasn’t going to like it, as I saw silver ribbons. And silver ribbons usually equate to frosty mess, but I was pleasantly surprised. There is a bit of frosty sheen to the finish, but it’s not brush-stroke-y and it’s not unflattering. This was one of the thicker formulas that I tried. Pic is 2 coats.

216 Fruit Shake – Pale milky peach with silver microshimmer. Okay, when I say “microshimmer”, I mean microshimmer. The shimmer is definitely there, but because it is so fine, it tends to sit on top of the polish, giving the finish a slight pearl effect. It’s not a pearl polish, but it does have a bit of a pearly sheen. I think this is a beautiful color, although it doesn’t really work with my pink skin. I think it would look fabulous in the summer with tanned skin. It reminds me of a peach milkshake. The formula was pretty thin, but it was manageable. Pic is 3 coats.

Tahitian Pearl – Grey-green/purple duochrome. Unlike the other polishes in this post, Tahitian Pearl is LE. Also, it doesn’t have an item #. It’s the first polish listed in their Adoree selection. If you love anything duochrome-y, you are going to LOVE this one. The green/purple flash on this is gorgeous. The catch? Of course there had to be a catch… it’s extremely thin. Like if-the-color-wasn’t-so-amazing-I-wouldn’t-fool-with-it thin. This picture is 5 coats. I would normally never recommend a 5-coat polish, but the coats on this were very thin and it dried quickly. After I applied the last coat, I added a coat of SV and within minutes it was dry. So, while it is many coats, it’s also not out-of-the-question. It’s so pretty, I say it’s my favorite of the 5 despite the thinness. It does look nice layered, but that has a tendency to change it from a duochrome to a shimmer

Today I’m sharing Adorée “Harbor Brown” with you. It’s a pearlized warm brown; a great fall shade. Pictured is two coats.

February 19th, 2011 — Adoree Nail Polish, Green Shade

Adorée “Dill Pickle” is a light yellow-toned green with a slight chrome finish. Pictured is four coats as this polish is quite sheer. You could certainly wear this polish translucent at one coat if you prefer, but I generally favor building polishes up to full opacity.
Now what do you think? Would it be a good spring color? Let me know.

January 12th, 2011 — Adoree Nail Polish, Pink Shade, Spring, White/Off-white Shade
Up for swatches, some Adoree colors for spring.
First is Adoree Blush Tone #141. Nice, sweet pink with bluish iridescent finish, which really shows under the sun light (photo #2). The photo used Beyou nail polish (discontinued) which has the same color with smaller size.

Second is Adoree Ivory Tusk #185. I love the shimmer and sparkle of this white polish. The sparkle add something to this polish subtle white.

And finally is Adoree Pink Taffy #116. Medium pink with shimmer finish.

All available at Esther’s Nail Center. And right now we have Adoree nail polish on sale for only $3.99 per bottle. Offer ends 1/31/2011.
